MotoPhoto Portrait Studio

Portrait Sales Associate

This outgoing, sales and service-oriented person will guide our customers through our portrait experience.  In addition to outstanding customer service skills, our portrait sales associate will have well-developed internet skills, have a working knowledge of PhotoShop, be comfortable working with multiple computer-based systems to sell portraits and track work. Season: June-December

 

ProEventPhoto

Event Associate – Technical

This computer-literate person will be responsible for handling data, images and orders related to our events.  Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PhotoShop, and some data manipulation techniques, are required.  The position requires heavy usage of Express Digital Darkroom and other photo industry related software. Season: late August – early December

Event Associate – Production

This person is responsible for assuring that each order is fulfilled accurately.  A typical day may include checking prints to make sure that the correct images have been printed as ordered.  The order is packaged and prepared for delivery.  Customers may be notified by phone or email.  Paperwork is finished and filed.  On occasion, problem orders may be researched and resolved.  Some event preparation work will also be required. Season: early September – early December

Event Associate – Event Crew

This person may be responsible for sales at the event.  At some events this involves only collecting orders and processing paperwork at the event.  People are also needed to direct students/athletes to the photographers and assist the photographers.  All crew members are responsible for event set-up and teardown. Season: September – October, occasionally through the rest of the year
